TAMPA - Debra Lafave, the 2004 Florida Teacher of the Year, who is currently serving three years house arrest for having sex with a fourteen-year-old student, has been granted permission to install a webcam in her house in order to help defray her legal expenses.
Details of the unusual arrangement have yet to be worked out, but we have learned that Hillsborough County authorities will require all persons who subscribe to the webcam to pass a quiz demonstrating "their chronological, legal, and moral standing in this matter."
